Our 2024 Estate grown Tannat is from our vineyard in Hye, Texas. Deeply structured and expressive, offering notes of blackberry, plum, dark cherry, cocoa and spice. Full-bodied with firm yet refined tannins, it pairs beautifully with grilled and smoked meats.  

Our 2023 Texas Red Blend from the Texas High Plains is composed of 68% Montepulciano, 23% Dolcetto, and 9% Sangiovese. Bold yet smooth, this food-friendly red offers layered notes of dark fruit and subtle spice, supported by balanced structure and a polished finish.

A true Texas take on classic Italian varietals, this wine reflects both the character of the High Plains and our travel-inspired approach to winemaking.

Our 2024 Texas White Blend from the Texas High Plains is 45% Viognier, 19% Marsanne, 18% Albariño, and 18% Chenin Blanc. This aromatic medium bodied white has notes of apricot, pear, and citrus.
